Hannah Ganiear - Founder and President

Hannah has grown up dancing in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex since the age of 2 ½. She is a highly accomplished dancer, having received numerous accolades both locally and nationally.

Hannah is trained in a variety of dance styles to include modern, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, pom, and high kick. She has worked with esteemed instructors and choreographers throughout the country and has trained at numerous dance intensives, including the Joffrey Ballet in New York City.

Hannah is the Captain of the 76-girl Southlake Carroll Varsity Emerald Belles Drill Team, for which she has performed during Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and San Antonio Spurs halftime shows. In addition, she is currently a member of the Senior Company Dance Team at Artistry in Motion Performing Arts Center.

Hannah is excited to help bridge the economic divide by making dance more accessible so that kids, regardless of background, can have hope for a better future through experiencing the many benefits that dance provides.

Jillian Teague - Director

Jillian is a well recognized and awarded choreographer and dance instructor. She began studying dance at the young age of three and is extensively trained in ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, musical theater, and drill team.

Growing up, Jillian danced competitively with local dance companies and was an officer on her drill team, winning numerous scholarships and All-American titles. She danced with Disney in Orlando, was a member of the FAU Dance team in Boca Raton, and concluded her dance studies at Texas Woman’s University, during which she choreographed and Instructed for the Oklahoma Dance Master’s Association, danced for Leann Rims, appeared in a a JCPenny commercial, danced and choreographed for an arena football league, performed on Good Morning Texas, and choreographed and performed for numerous local dance and drill companies in and around the DFW area.

Jillian has put all her focus into sharing her passion and love for the art of dance with children of all ages. She began teaching 20 years ago and has taught all over the DFW area. She has owned and operated Artistry in Motion Performing Arts Center for over 10 years and has been awarded with several top choreography and technique awards. Students under her direction have won top honors awards, scholarships, and titles at numerous competitions and conventions all over the country. Her students have gone off to attend dance programs with Chapman University, The Ailey School, New York University, Suny Purchase, Trinity Christian University Showgirls,  Oklahoma State, University of Oklahoma, Texas tech, University of Austin, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, as well as other credited programs. Many of her students have gone on to pursue successful professional careers in dance.

Jillian is excited for the next chapter in her life. As a devoted Christian, she wants to take her platform by giving back and is thrilled to be a part of Relevé for Hope.  It is her new passion, and she cannot wait to grow with this nonprofit and give back to so many within this community. 

Joanna Ganiear - CEO

Hannah’s mother, Joanna, retired from a 16-year consulting career in 2015 to focus full-time on her two children. Prior to retirement, Joanna was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH). While at BAH, Joanna spearheaded a flexible work arrangement in 2002 that has enabled thousands of employees to work remotely and has been instrumental in the firm being recognized as a leading employer for working parents. Joanna received a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.

Having witnessed firsthand the numerous benefits that dance has brought to her daughter’s life, Joanna is excited to lead Relevé for Hope to make dance more accessible to economically disadvantaged youth so that they too can experience these benefits.

David Ganiear - Chairman

Hannah’s father, David, is a Strategy Consulting Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Over his 20+ year career, he has worked with senior executives at numerous Fortune 500 companies, crafting strategies to help them grow and achieve their missions. David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University.

A proud dance dad, David is excited to work closely with Hannah and leverage his experience to help Relevé for Hope achieve its mission and maximize its impact in the community.
